Does it taste like mushrooms?
No. The Ganoderma extract is a very small fraction of the sachet and has no noticeable taste. Classic and Mocha taste like good-quality instant coffee; Schokolade tastes like hot chocolate.
How much caffeine does it have?
Less than a coffee-shop cup. One sachet is roughly half the caffeine of a regular cup, which is why the energy feels steadier. Schokolade has no coffee and only the trace caffeine of cocoa.
How many cups a day?
One or two. Most people have one in the morning and, if they like, another after lunch. The 3-month and yearly supplies are sized for one cup a day.
How many boxes will I get each month?
It depends on the flavor. Classic has 30 sachets per box, so one box covers a month. Schokolade has 20 and Mocha has 15, so those plans send more boxes. The buy box shows the exact schedule before you pay.
